You may read, quote, and share this site to evaluate whether to work with us, including forwarding pages internally. You may not scrape it at volume, republish it as your own, or use its content to train a model. That last restriction is not decoration: a company licensing training data with clear provenance holds itself to the standard it asks of others.

No offer, no contract

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a commitment to license anything to anyone. The controlling documents are the mutual non-disclosure agreement, the specification schedule, and the license agreement, in that order. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Forward-looking statements

Parts of this site describe programs in progress. Capability described as planned may change in scope or timing. We commit to specifications in the specification schedule, not on a marketing page.

Confidential materials

Material provided under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, including the specification schedule, samples, and pricing, is confidential and governed by that agreement. Evaluation samples are restricted to evaluation, with no training, no retention beyond the agreed window, and deletion certification on request.

Intellectual property

The Unabridged name, site design, and written content are ours. The record is licensed, never assigned.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. Warranties, representations, and indemnities are given in the license agreement, where they belong.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The governing law of a license agreement is negotiated in that agreement.
